This course helps navigate difficult conversations and difficult troubleshooting guides that even the most experienced opticians occasionally need help with. In this course, we cover, how to navigate the know-it-all customers or the customers that don’t understand the benefits as well as address pricing disparities between lens pricing at your office vs. lens pricing at retailers and large discounters. We will also work through troubleshooting complex Rx’s and what needs to be remade and what doesn’t, as well as measurements we should be taking today vs. 5 years ago and why they are different as well as the role they play in prescriptions.
